Sexism is pretty much ingrained into our society. Though goes without saying that an academic institute should be the last place you should encounter it.

A major glass ceiling to sexism is women being silent about it or choosing to support the perpetrators to settle personal scores. I am so glad Akanksha that you broke the glass ceiling. You are a brilliant woman in the making of new horizons.
